Just listening to 1958's "Jody Carver And Johnny Cucci ‎– Hot Club Of America" on youtube at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hXkOauhTnec - JC1 on pedal steel, JC2 on electric solidbody, w/second (third?) guitar, bass and drums ... trying to make up my mind whether the connection to Django music is any more than the title ... coming round to the idea that it probably is, being somewhat what Django music morphed into by the 50s and 60s when electric guitars took over from acoustics. Any thoughts?

Actually no drums, my mistake. And listening in the background on my little laptop speakers I can't hear the bass either!
