I remember the part B played in some cartoons I used to watch as a kid. If I’m not wrong Raymond Scott did a lot of music for tv, I think Hannah barbera’s stuff.
I’ve tried playing this before, very challenging tune.
Btw, the main riff to RF is essentially the same one that Django plays as the introduction to Nuages - both recorded at the same session after Django returned to occupied Paris, having left it (as many Parisians did) just before Hitler’s invasion. Both tunes, along with the original Blues en minuer (also recorded at the same time) with its machine gun arpeggios, bear the mark of that extraordinary time.
