Not too worried in general about the length of the backing tracks. Sometimes I finish the song and grab the phone to fade out the backing track (if it's a 10 minutes track), sometimes I end without playing the melody out, sometimes I hit it correctly.
The beauty of busking is that you are still responsible to start and finish the song (you can't just randomly stop like when you're practicing at home) but you're much more at liberty to choose what to do. Sometimes I'll end up playing the melody more than twice. If there was something I didn't like how at first melody in, then I'll take a chorus of improv, play the melody again, then continue with improv. It's got many other benefits but maybe this is the topic for a different thread.

This is the same package...I put them on my IPAD and then used a JBL mini speaker to get them loud enough.
