Mid 2000s so I think it was this band, Mayo Hubert -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Zr1dzsFmb88 and Martin Limberger on rhythm guitar. I could be wrong..

Yes - 2005 CD I Have: Shows both Hubert and Limberger rhythm guitar. Very good song list! Also: Tchavolo took a slow tenor vocal WWI ballad of "Roses of Picardy" and made a strong March cadence. Very audience appreciative!
