I need to recoup some costs from a recent purchase so I am selling my 2009 Martin Tremblay #35 Grande Bouche
This guitar used to belong to Denis Chang and Will Dickerson and was used for the DC Music School Rhythm Lesson series:
Here are the specs:
The guitar is well used and has scratches and dents, but no cracks.
In 2019, Martin Tremblay himself performed a neck reset and re-fretting on this guitar. Recently set up by **** before I bought it.

Price is $2,850 plus shipping. Not interested in trades.

Considering I've seen you start from Altamiras and work your way up through luthier and vintage guitars of high quality, I can only speculate at what is left to purchase. Perhaps you convinced the Archtop Foundation to part with a Chinery Blue guitar? 😂🤷♂️
Fair price for a top quality guitar. How would you describe its sound?
I would just like to chime in to say that this guitar is absolutely fantastic. Loud, gorgeous, balanced-sounding. If this caught me at a different time I would buy it. Martin's output is low, quality-first, and these don't come up very often. His new prices are justified, and Gian's 2009 grande bouche is a steal IMO for whoever is smart/lucky enough to buy it. One of my favorite sounding guitars I played at DIJ this summer.
Does this guitar have an adjustable truss rod?
Yes it does have an adjustable truss rod.
It has a more modern than vintage type of sound. I think ethanwm sums it up well in the post above. You also heard it in person in DiJ.
Yes I was right across from it, a few feet away. As they say, what happens at DiJ, stays at DiJ...until somebody brings it back. That thing sounded fantastic. It should find a good home quick.
