anyway when he sent me a link to his website a few months ago, i was really impressed by the recordings, the lead playing really swings, the pompe is incredible and the violinist is amazing... In my opinion, only a handful of North American ensembles have this quality so i was pleasantly surprised when i heard these recordings

Say, these are really nice tracks! What sort of guitar does he play, Dennis? Did he talk much about what he does? His drawings are excellent, too. Who are the other musicians? There isn't any info on his website about them.

What sort of guitar does he play

Roberto emailed me when I was researching Collins guitars. He told me he had sold his Dupont and was having Michael build him two guitars. I believe he plays with Jesse Barksdale, also of Toronto. Both very nice people.
