ozark 3513

Hallo!

Has anyone of you made experience with the ozark "hot club" 3513 guitar?

As I have seen, this is the only D-hole Gypsy guitar made by ozark.

Any opinions??

Yes... It sounds like a cut away dreadnought... and a poor one at that. Much like if you took a rotted out log and put stings on it. Forget being heard in the jam and plan on having 5mm action to accommodate the poor fret job.

I think if you put another $200 - $300 into it it might play well but you will never get good tone.

    My 2¢

    Cheers,
    Josh

Last year on the train to Samois there was a french kid playing one and it seriously sounded amazing-They are of course factory made so you can't be guarantedd a good one but stick the argentines on it and this one at least sounded every bit as good as way more expensive boxes.Perfect jam guitar in my opinion. The one thing I did notice from his instrument was that the lower point of the moustache had came off -look out for that
I got a fever and the only prescription is more cowbell
