This was listed yesterday on Reverb. I think the seller would accept £500 including UK postage.
I've not played one of these before. Some videos I've found online suggest they vary between mature, dark and wholesome sounding, to a bit thin and banjo-y. I had a Henri Miller with a flat top and back, and I wasn't fond of the tone at all. I realise though that these Geromes have a nicely arched back. Do they have any curve to the top? One that Michael sold a few years ago sounded very nice - video still on Youtube.
I'm not serious about buying it, but I could be tempted if others here have one and love it.

A friend has one and loves it. Jack Soref had a custom build made based on that Gerome, he liked it that much. And Duved loved the tone on the same Gerome too. Said it was his favorite guitar that he tried that year at DiJ, only wished it had 14 frets to the body (Jack's custom guitar is 14 frets to the body). This one could be an outlier, who knows...
I love Jack's guitar! I think I remember him telling me it was more of a "Frankenstein" concoction, modeled on a Gerome but also in part (maybe the neck, I can't remember) on a Selmer & maybe a third guitar also (maybe the bends in the wood, again cant't remember exactly). Made by DRH.
I'd love to try an original Gerome.
Someone else bought it. Probably best, as I've just checked my bank account - ouch!
