Hi everyone, since I was able to get a different Holo, the seller has relisted this guitar on Reverb. This is a great deal for someone in Canada!

Seems to be the guitarist on the left. They have a killer band, La Vedrine. Violinist is super amazing, Raphaël-Tristan Jouaville. I recognize Damien Levasseur. They played Django festival Fontainebleau

Absolutely! I'm actually surprised this wasn't suggested earlier. The idea that some US Border Agent is going to be looking for, and confiscating (!) "guitar contraband", as you drive back into the U.S, with your U.S. passport, etc. is just not borne out by real life.
OTOH, SHIPPING internationally can result in all sorts of CITES-related snafus. One time, I bought a wooden African figure in a French auction (not BRW), it was delivered to me in the U.S., and an hour later, Fedex came back to the house to re-possess it! I then had to fill out specialized paperwork, make phone calls, etc. I finally got it--crazy...😎
Thanks! Luckily it all worked out. I was able to find a Holo stateside and the original seller was able to sell his guitar locally.
