Michael Collins SelMac build book back in print

I wasn't sure where to post this.
Long ago I bought Michael Collins' DVD set on building the SelMac...the book had been out of print for a considerable length of time.
I got an e-mail today, subject line confusingly referencing my invoice (my connection to him), and the e-mail announcing the book is back in print. US$69.95, as before, but he previously had a US$30 shipping fee when it WAS in print (maybe he was in Canada at that point).
