Krivo Django Bucker vs Micro Manouche

Jangle_JamieJangle_Jamie Scottish HighlandsNew De Rijk, some Gitanes and quite a few others

My friend needs to amplify his Polak oval hole. I use a Micro Manouche, but there's a Django Bucker on Ebay a bit cheaper. What are the differences between the two pickups?

Happy Christmas!

I'm a huge fan of Krivo pickups. I've owned 3 Djangobuckers & 4 micro manouche pickups. As far as I can tell, the Djangobuckers are an older version of Jason's gypsy jazz guitar pickups and have adjustable pole pieces. More recently, he created the micro manouche pickups which have the pole pieces encased inside the metal shell of the pickup. They all sound pretty similar to me (and very fine to my ears), but others may disagree. I'll post pics later.

    cheers, jamie
