I have attached a scanned powertab transcription for it (but like all of dorado's tunes, the phrasing & personality of them are impossible to capture)

Any help with the name would be appreciated

Thanks to Thrip from the swingpage, I found it is a possible cover of an Armando Manazero tune entitled "El Ciego."
