Just wondering if anybody else is going to this?

Any tips for a Django fan's first trip to Amsterdam(Michael I think I recall you spent some time there)Places to stay,eat,hear some Rosenbergs etc.
any and all tips appreciated,

There actually isn't much going on in Amsterdam....there used to be a lot of jamming at a cafe called Het Molent'je. But I think it's only once a month now.

Check Robin Nolan's site and Pigalle 44...they both play around A'dam occasionally. Other then that, it's actually quite difficult to hear Gypsy jazz in the Netherlands. Most of the Gypsy bands just play at the camps...they don't gig much.
