Biréli the singer

I've seen Biréli's Blue Eyes CD around for years. I knew it was a tribute to Sinatra. But what I didn't know is that Biréli sings on this CD!....and it sounds damn near exactly like Sinatra....what is it with this guy? He plays guitar like Django, bass like Jaco Pastorius, and sings like Sinatra!!
