Maybe this is is old news and/or appears elsewhere, but the restored version of this short 1932 film (4 mins 50 secs) can be seen on Youtube at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DIvUI2fkpYg uploaded by user "JEROMEDIAMANT" on 26 Jun 2008 ... Django's guitar is on the audio soundtrack for quite a bit, but he can only be seen (with band, not close up) for around 4 seconds from about 1:41 onwards.
Again, apologies if this is duplicating information that already appears elsewhere!
