Sorry...it won't be printed by next week. It will take several weeks for the printer to deliver the book.

    thanks

    Michael...

Does your book cover Tzigane Pompe? I have been wanting to learn this rhythm style for quite some time, but can't find any good references to it on the web.

Do you mean German style la pompe or the two beat style used for Hungarian/Russian stuff?

The Vol.1 covers German style la pompe...the Russian stuff will be in Vol.2

    Thanks Michael,

I guess I was just unfamiliar with the terms...I have always just called it "Tzigane" Pompe. There is an example of it on this website about 3/4 of the way down labeled Tzigane Pompe:

What he's calling Tzigane pompe is actually Bass and Chords. I have a whole chapter on that and about 20 or pages of transcriptions of how Django did it.
