Argie shelf life

valdaevaldae new orleansNew
After reading numerous posts about string concerns I thought I'd post a questio of my own. My perspiration is highly acidic, and I can only imagine what it would do to GJ strings. Considering this, would it be wise to order several sets of strings, and if I do this, what is the shelf life of these sets? The worse case scenario would be me running through sets like crazy.

I don't think they deteriorate very fast in the package.

I did a workshop last summer and one of the students had a Favino that he bought from Baro Ferret in the 70s! It still had a few sets of the old Argentines in the case. He said they sounded fine after all these years.

Thanks, Mike, it's a relief to hear that!
