robin nolan licks books

hi, i was looking at the robin nolan books on this sight, and would like to ask you all, between the gj licks book, and the essential gj licks book, which one is more highly recomended. thanks

I think overall the essential licks book is better. Content and layout seem to be higher quality. However, the decision may have been made for you, the Licks book is out of print. We're waiting for it to be reprinted, but it will be months, if not years. So only the essential book is available.
