What is needed to improve the Saga 255 + Cordoba O5

to make them sound like the best, outside of the bridge problems already mentioned. Is it merely too light bracing on the Saga giving too much bass and the opposite with the Cordoba or a range of errors?

The tone of a guitar is a hard one. What sounds like "too much bass" to you might sound great to another player. It does not come down to errors in the build. Each guitar maker just has their own tone.
