I'm pretty sure it's Sibelius, I use it too and IMO is a lot better than the other programs.

sorry for the late reply. Jack is correct, it is Finale with the Jazz font. Its a great program for all type of arranging and for writing music. Its also very easy to "convert" the music into tabs. The full version of the program is expensive but a guitarversion of Finale is available for a lower price. You can also get the same result with Sibelius as Bluesbop Harry mentions.

I'm pretty sure it's Sibelius, I use it too and IMO is a lot better than the other programs.
Try downloading the Demo software it might come with the fonts.
