Hey Dennis,
I know you showed me this once, and I'm probably going to get you to show me again sometime, but how does Tchavolo play that odd/off rhythm thing he does so often while soloing (like in his version of Lady Be Good on Miri Familia)? It's usually with a chord or octaves I think.
I hope everyone knows what I'm talking about.

I can definitely hear that pattern, like over the turnaround "break" on the D octave before the chorus in the beginning and then later in his solo (around 2:55) but is he using that same pattern around 3:30? Maybe it's because he is using chords rather than octaves (and with a moving base line) that it sounds different to me somehow...oh well, looks like I have something new to practice (as if I needed more things to practice!)
