A must see for Gypsy jazz fans! Great film....

It doesn't look like either one (Zone 2 or 4) will work on US DVD players. Is that right?

No...unless you can "unlock them>

But you computer DVD drive will play them.

There was never a zone 1 version made for this film

maybe they had a candian release for a while. Does it have English subtitles?

yes, i hope it's still available because my copy was stolen a few years ago... i'm too trusting with my students..

I got a zone 1 version off ebay from somewhere in Canada a while back too....

I, myself, bought a Region 1 copy from a Canadian vendor on eBay when the film first was released to DVD.

Another Gatlif note: I now have a copy (legit) of Latcho Drom on DVD - I know people on this forum were looking for that: Michael, do you carry it?
