I'm looking for good transcriptions and recordings. Is there a prefered key for this tune on guitar?

Aminor works well and I believe is the original key....I think Fapy recorded it at some point, but not positive. There are scores around the internet, search brazilian choro sites.

Tico Tico was written in 1917 by Zequinha de Abreu. The song's first title was actually Tico Tico no Farelo, and in the 40's it became Tico Tico no Fuba. The song was imported to the US by Disney via their animated piece of World War Two-era Happy Latinos propaganda, "Saludos Amigos," in which Donald Duck introduces the song.

there is a tabbed version of the song floating around somewhere. i have it printed out. the original file was called "ticopart.htm" but I dont know where i got and i dont know how i lost it. thankfully i have the printout.

it was transcribed by S.Farinoli , from brazil, in 2000. anyone still have the file?
