I just got back from Django in June, exhausted but totally buzzed. Besides the fantastic classes, jams and concerts, I got to meet Josh at last. I wasn't happy with the low action on my Dell'Arte (bought secondhand a year ago) and had been playing around with shims. After some experimentation, Josh suggested a new bridge and fitted one of his handmade rosewood specials to the guitar. The transformation was amazing. The guitar has a new clarity of tone, plus he made sure the action was to my liking. PLUS he pointed out a problem with the frets and suggested I get it to my luthier back home for a good leveling.
Josh, thanks for the improvements to my guitar and for the great jams. I look forward to seeing you again next year.
