Great CD - it's great to hear fresh original compositions...great playing by all the musicians...especially like Meatwad's Revenge!....only regret....the CD is too short!! Cheers, Phil :D

I got mine through Rhapsody (similar to iTunes). I have to say it is refreshing to hear so many forays into unchartered territory! I am reminded of John Hartford's Aeroplane in that Hartford managed to change a very staid format (Bluegrass) from within, by creating so many great new tunes... Gonzalo has done exactly the same here by ignoring the cutting-contest cookie-cutter approach. I was driving home from a gig last night listening and I found myself wishing I could pull over and pull out my guitar to try and get some of these tunes under my fingers! Well done, GB!!!

Also, I want to mention another thing: with the Rhapsody/iTunes download services coming into vogue, I really miss the liner notes and the who's who (though I recognized JJ's brilliant clarinet solo). This AM I searched CDBaby, who is carrying the disc, and read a great review -- I became convinced that Archtop Eddy must have penned that review, so I came here and poked around -- found this thread: I want to say Jeffery, you write beautifully! Very nice review, thanks for that!

Thanks to all again for the nice comments, the CD was mentioned on the April issue of Guitar Player Magazine under "Rants and Raves: What's spinning in the editor's CD player", it shows as Gonzolo Bergoro, hahahahah.
Just letting you know cause you all probably had a lot to do with this happening by writing a lot of that stuff here, so big thanks again and again

    Love
    Gonzalo
