Djersey Django, the Garden State's under-the-radar acoustic swing/GJ outfit, will give a free concert tomorrow evening, Thursday August 2nd at 8pm in the gazebo at beautiful Van Vorst Park, a touch of London (with extra mosquitoes) in historic downtown Jersey City, NJ.
The current lineup, which coalesced by happy accident at this years' Django in June, features Steve Kaplan on rhythm guitar, and Ernie Bracco and John Padden, solo guitars, with possible stealth appearances by occasional members Adam Krass on violin, and a bassist to be named later. The park is located near City Hall, not far from the Grove St. PATH station.
Hope to see you there, and bring your Deep Woods "OFF"!
