I just recieved the DVD "ROMANE". And I notice that his picking technique, when playing single note fast runs uses a stiff arm approach and not stroking from the wrist. And he seems to hold the pick quite stiff. At least it seems to appear that his right hand is tense and not loose like Stochelo Rosenberg. Since I am beginning to learn this technique, I was under the impression that all movement is from the wrist. Any commens? Thanks.
