    Whoa, those things are crazy!

Dennis, from a teacher's point of view and from experience, is using those really beneficial? If so, what would be the benefits?

In this style I think it might be more beneficial to use those weights on your right hand. It might help build up a stronger pompe. Guess you'd have to be careful in your private moments… you might do yourself serious damage…

he basically that he "finds those finger rings really good.. when you start to play with em, it's obviously much more difficult, but when you take em off you can play much faster...." ... what do you know my german isn't so bad after all

he's obviously endorsing the product... i really don't know if it's any good or not... but I emailed the company to send me some, i'll be a guinea pig and try em out for 2 months and let you guys know (if they do accept to send them to me)

but of course, all the greats managed to get to their level without any of these things.... or is there something they're not telling us ??? hehehehehe

Robert Schumann’s career as a pianist was over because his little finger becames paralyzed by using a home made contraption to strengthen and stretch his hands.

Well, I don't think that the device used by Wauwau Adler is dangerous, but is there anyone who can tell that it is useful? Or it is just another commercial gadget?
    I find useful the gripmaster.

Yea I'd be careful with those rings...just play 4-5 hours a day, maybe warm up with the classical Pumping Nylon (or 'Pompeing Steel') exercises.
