From a players point of view, it's perhaps more valuable than Selmer 503 by virtue of not having been played really hard or worn down. It looks like it has a couple of years of wear on it coupled with 60 years of aging. Perfect! What kind of licks can bring a sense of unrequited longing into ones playing or perhaps a more precise musical expression of ces la vie?

Jacques originally had it listed as a 1950 Selmer last year. I don't know what it went for, but he was asking $29K. So I wouldn't expect any great deals on this one!
