Jam session in Brookline Sat Jan 12th

We're getting together again at my studio in Brookline, MA, next Saturday evening the 12th, at 8pm, for a gypsy jam. Atmosphere informal, light refreshments, BYO. Among the repertoire will be hits from the 17 core gypsy tunes from last summer's Django in June site.

Had a great time at our jam last night. We saw some new faces and seem to be steadily building more appreciation of Gypsy Jazz here. What makes these jam sessions fun for me—vs. the usual nerve-racking "cutting session"—is that we manage to get everyone on the same page and give folks room to stretch out on their solos.
