the war stinks and its for the WRONG reasons. the problem isn't that the US is dependent on oil, which is what everyone tells us. the problem is that the FED keeps inflating our dollar and nobodys salary is increasing. whats the next president going to do about keeping our incomes stable instead of letting them keep slide? why doesn't anyone ever mention this? is the whole country naive? (uh oh. i think I just broke a solemn rule about commenting on this forum; sorry, it will NEVER happen again; at least you all now know how I think.)
Well I for one totally agree... our country is pretty much toast, but on the bright side you can always trust your guitar (any guitar, forget the gypsy obsession) and of course, your cat.
... the problem is that the FED keeps inflating our dollar and nobodys salary is increasing...
Well, it is related to the war... they're doing this in order to pay back the war debt bubble in deflated dollars, but what they're forgetting is that playing fast and loose with monetary policy is not a very wise thing to do as economies rarely react as they're supposed to when they are poked and prodded by people in ivory towers.
You get one chance to enjoy this day, but if you're doing it right, that's enough.

No my friends, I'm 99% certain that's Horace Silver!
(seriously, the resemblance is stark!)
