Hi people,
Our Friend Spatzo from the French forum "Manoucheries" dug out a real treasure here... Old-school, raw-sounding, live and direct pure improvisation...
Take the time to scroll down to end of page 1 (no you DON'T have to read it all, let alone translate it) of the thread to hear it all... Recorded somewhere between the Legenday "La chope" joint and other infamous places in or around Paris, this is the real deal, the way they used to do it back in the days.
Samson & Coco Reinhardt (sons of Piton reinhardt) LIVE

Thanks for the head's up on this. I actually found the recordings on my own browsing through Manoucheries last night and then remembered this thread.
Good stuff, thanks for posting.
Manoucheries is a VERY active forum isn't it. I struggle with the French language, especially the colloquialisms, but with help from Google translations and my friend Joli Gadjo, I'm getting by.
Thanks for joining us here and keep it coming.

Yes Manoucheries is active... It could go up some more, but it's not that bad... And Yes sometimes we use a very imaged french
My pleasure to see the music is appreciated, that's worth sharing these oldies/rarities.
If you are Joli's friend you might be the guy who sold a Dupont back to the Motherland lately ? If Yes, we had our talking - and dreaming- about your guitar.
Anyway... Thanks for your words, be sure to check the "surprise" post from Pascal.ch in this same section. You're invaded, guys .
