POLL : LA GITANE : Rhythmic problem with transcription

I'm working on a transcription of "La Gitane" and encountered a problem when it comes to the rhythm in the first bar (the beginning of the main phrase). Tchan-Tchou's playing on the 1960 recording is very free, so I compared with Stochelo Rosenberg and Joscho Stephan, as both play very accurate.

I also have two transcriptions, but I don't like their versions.

So, please Michael, Dennis, Andreas and all other folks on this forum vote for the most accurate version in the attached PDF-file.

the authors original version is obviously the correct one but, on the other hand, in terms of what would be the most corrrect when using "by the book" rest stroke technique... now that is another story.
