Guadalupe strings

Hey guys,

Has anyone tried the gypsy style strings made by the Guadalupe
sting company?I'm considering ordering a couple of sets but at 14.00 a pop I thought I would ask if anyone has tried them .

Thanks,
Jeff

I have tried the Manouche-Tone strings. They are very good sounding, but do not last as long as Argentines.

My Argie G-strings don't last too long, but the rest do!

The Manouche Tone strings do sound awesome when they're new and they are more supple than Argies. You can really fly on these strings but they wear out fast! One gig and they need changing. I haven't used them in almost 2 years though so maybe they've improved the durability. Try a set for kicks though.
