Bei Mir Bis Du Schoen is pretty much Am, Dm and E7 as I recall but I don't have a chart. I think it is basically:

    Am / / / E7 / Am E7
    Am / / / E7 / Am /
    Dm / Am / Dm / E7 /
    (repeat A section)

Each / is a whole measure

Here are a couple of takes on Bei Mir...it's a fun tune, but people should follow Hans'che Weiss' lead and play the verse, which sets up the chorus so well!

    Chord Chart (Gm)
    Lead Sheet in Cm (pdf)

I've got the verse written out somewhere; maybe I'll get around to digging it out...in the meantime, you can hear The Andrews Sisters do it here:

Here's the intro, which couldn't be much simpler to play but provides a great way to add some drama to the tune...this version is in Am; it seems like there was never a real consensus on a standard key for this tune.

    best,
    Jack.

That version you post here seems to be the intro and not the "core" of the song. I think there is a modulation from the intro to the actual song. The core of the song typically was Em when I play it and the melody follows the Em arp.

Yeah, this is the verse--most people just play the chorus (the part that starts with "Bei Mir...") But if I remember right there's no modulation--if you play the chorus in Em, just transpose this intro...here's the Hans'che version I mentioned as an example.

    best,
    Jack.

Althought the original version is played half step below, starting with Ab.

@djangology: my grille of "Bei dir war es immer so schön" doesn't work with you just because you heard a different version. anyway, let me know if i can help you with that, ok?
