Just listening to this out in the shop - what a swinging album. You can tell they were really enjoying themselves making this one - mixing up the sound - venturing into really interesting blues & even quoting rockabilly in a few places and it all works - it just swings.

Absolutely one of my favorite albums of the year--an inventive, joyous album filled with personality and humor. This and Zaiti's Still Time were the two best things I heard all year.
