I treated myself in Samois this year and having had the guitar for just over a month I thought it might be cool to give you a bit of a run down on how it is performing.
Firstly, it looks great-European Spruce is an excellent choice for this model and the walnut neck is STUNNING.!
The action is a little on the high side for me so I am leaving it in to my luthier buddy this week (my manouche Moreno model has turned me into a wimp with its great low action, but the difference between the D hole and petite Bouche is so obvious when playing rhythm-my wife has been complaining that she can hear it down the street...
Anyhoo, great guitars, great guy.
