i've had the idea for a few years now to do sometihng like this but it requires someone with good programming skills... i can't reveal too much for fear that someone would steal my idea.

But the only thing keeping me from doing this is

a) finding someone with good programming skills
b) piracy

i wouldn't mind giving such things out for free, but to make what i have in mind does require a certain amount of financial investment and not to mention time..

Yes they are, too bad they haven't put up backing tracks and charts for the rest the songs on the CD.
