Ok, I downloaded it with Keepvid and it came as a .flv file type.

Can I convert that to an wmv so I can play it on my Windows Media Player or is there some other type of player?

Sorry, I'm pretty lame with computers.

I'm sure you can convert it, but it might be easier just to download the VLC player. It's free and plays just about anything you can throw at it. Google it and you'll be all set.

Use Firefox go to Tools>Page info>Media, find the file and click save as...

Right now just opening that window or any file from the video archive makes Firefox crash for me, but it worked in the past... hope it works for you.
