Douce Ambience Intro Chords?

Does anyone know the intro chords to Django's recording of Douce Ambience? I found a transcription at the UK site's powertab page, but some of the voicings look fishy even if the chords are correct.

If they are correct I'm happy to use them, but thought I would ask here to see if anyone felt like chiming in.

i m doing this by memory as i dont have my guitar with me but it should be correct..

notice how certain chords ie Eb9 clash with the D pedal

Thanks a million, Dennis. That is much simpler than I thought and the powertab on the UK site looks like it's wrong; at least if it is transcribing the first version. It shows the first bit as D7 EbMaj7 E7 Fmaj7 etc...

I had a feeling the chords were more the typical closed voicings and you have verified this.
