Req: "Django: A Jazz Tribute DVD" - Babik audio tr

Hi!
I've been told that the latest release of the above DVD by Hal Leonard publications contains a number of extra features including the full audio versions of Babik's "All Love" and his live performance of "Miroirs" at Samois, as featured in the "Django Legacy" documentary.
I'd dearly love to get hold of these versions of these two tracks.
(I gather there is a version of "Miroirs" on the Babik Reinhardt Live CD, but this is a different version to the Samois performance)
I've contacted Hal Leonard for more information, but they weren't very helpful...
Does anyone know if these tracks are included as audio "extras" on the DVD?
If not, does anyone know where I can find them?
