One of the cool things about having all these guitars coming through the shop is the opportunity to see how differences in woods change the sound of an instrument. Right now we have a Euro Spruce/Brazilian Busato and a Sitka/Maple Busato. It's pretty much what I expected...the Sitka/Maple one is brighter and more aggressive whereas the Euro/Spruce one is a bit sweeter and rounded in character. Both are great...but I prefer the really aggressive guitars so this Sitka/Maple is the one for me!!!
