Gypsy Pomp with snare Drum

Hi , everybody!
I am guitar player from Kiev Ukraine.I have the gypsy jazz band called 'Lush Life '.Now we recording our own compositions at at my home
studio and i want try to use drummer with rythm gutars .Here a litle fragment of our pomp .Waiting for some comments

    Hi Sergey,

    The recording sounds nice but I would prefer the guitar to be a little louder, two ways you could achieve this is (if guitar and snare are on separate tracks)
    1) reduce the treble on the snare drum, this puts it further away in the mix, or 2) change the balance, make the guitar a little louder and use the panpots to place the snare and guitar a bit further apart in the stereo-mix
    (if you feel really adventurous you could also add a little reverb on the snare-drum which also puts it further away in the mix, don't use too much reverb, this will sound unnatural)
