Bill Wyman is a great bassist - and as a blues fan, Robin, I know you've heard the stuff with Martin Taylor & Albert Lee. He's a tasteful musician.
Here's a partial resume for Bill Wyman (attached picture) and this doesn't include any solo albums / Rhythm Kings stuff - or Compact Disc era stuff - just classic Stones vinyl - though looking at it - it seems I'm missing "Sticky Fingers", ''Tatoo You", "Satanic Majesty's Request" and "Now!" which must be sitting in a pile somewhere. The Stones, Van Halen & AC/DC were (and still are) my rock fixes - they're in my blood.
You get one chance to enjoy this day, but if you're doing it right, that's enough.
You can't miss Sticky Fingers or Exile, they stand head n shoulders above the rest (with Let it Bleed n Beggars a bit taller than the rest). Go & find them now...
