Guitar teachers in/near Portland, OR?

The title says it all--I want to mainly learn to be a better rhythm guitarist; don't much care about soloing. Want a GJ emphasis, swing in general, if the teacher knows a little about ragtime it wouldn't hurt. I'm looking for a teacher for myself (53 yr old lifetime half-assed guitarist) in the Portland/Vancouver area.

Besides Pete, the only other full time guitar teacher with gypsy jazz skills is Tracy Kim. I don't remember which music store he teaches at though.
