The little soundhole clip that comes with the PRO70 and 831B is convenient, but because it places the mic so close to the sound hole you almost always get the dreaded "proximity effect" which results in a huge boost of bass frequencies. The power units high pass filter helps but often it's better to just get the mic away from the soundhole.
