Stephane's violin.
I read in Paul Balmer's book that after about 1980 Stephane preferred to use his Giovanni Guadagnini (circa 1750) violin, which is now displayed (along with 3 guitars attributed to Django)in the French music museum.
Does anyone know exactly what museum this is, and have a website address? Thanks!
