Selmacs...What size case?

BluesBop HarryBluesBop Harry Mexico city, MexicoVirtuoso
My rhythm player has a Gitane D500 and wants to buy a soft case for it like this one:

Hard gig bag/Soft case
They have two sizes one for classical guitars and another for acoustic guitar (I assume dreadnaught type), So which one will better fit his guitar?
I'm almost sure the classical one is a good fit but...

Usually a classical guitar diapason is around 65, so I'd go for the classical case...

    Thanks.
    Michael,
aren't those the soft kind of gig bags? I'm looking for more like a soft case
Saga makes some that look nice:

    Featherweight

    Travelite

I have a nice gig bag from Gigskinz for my Cigano. It is sized for a Gibson ES-225 or something around that size, and it fits like a glove. It has oodles of pockets, really really great padding on the inside, backpack straps, the works. Pretty solid.

Alvarez makes this case in a couple of sizes. I once used the dreadnought case as a flight case for a Selmer sized guitar. It needs some extra support underneath the base of the neck and padding around the upper bout. It's light but very strong. I don't think they make this in a classic size.

    Thanks Michael, I'll ask him.
I have a similar soft case and they are pretty cool especially for traveling and gigging.
