Hi all,
Franglais will be participating in a night about the great jazz singer Anita O'Day- the release of a DVD about her life, and a concert by us. it should be fun. This will take place on Wednesday, July 15th- starting at 8 with the DVD screening, and then from 10ish or so on, a show by Franglais Gypsy Jazz. The event is free and takes place at Brooklyn's hot new venue for music and art: Littlefield 622 Degraw Street, between 3rd and 4th avenues. A Fun show, and an interesting challenge for a gypsy jazz band- even one with a singer like ours!!
