I'm not about to flood this board with videos of me. But I think I've fixed the backing track volume so you can hear what I'm playing. Would be grateful for any feedback. I wont post anymore vids, not of me anyway!

as in the other video, well done. and the volume balance is better now.

IMO it´s super when members are posting videos here...after all, it´s a community, and we´re meant to share our experience, right ?
The only thing I´d keep in mind is to not make up a new thread for each video, but to add upcoming videos to an already existing thread.
If you do it that way, I think it shouldn´t bother anyone.

Thanks guys. I dont have a tab for the solo. Whenever I learn somebodies solo I always forget them, so I thought make up my own so I can remember it. Your right Mathias, about it being a community. I've learnt more from Michaels books and forum than anywhere else. Thanks again.

Bravo!!! Very credible version. The playing was better than the sound. Not sure if it was the recording or the guitar. Try borrowing a Dupont or a Favino and use the same equipment and see if it sounds better. I suspect that you may need to give Michael a call about an upgraded guitar.

very nice job! I especially like the parallel phrasings you were doing it adds a nice, audience accessible frame of reference. Is that a solo you prepared beforehand, or was it spontaneous improvisation? (it's absolutely awesome either way). I was also wondering how you decide where to connect two arpeggios; i've been trying to do that and i've noticed that it can sound very awkward and angular. Your arpeggios that connected did so very smoothly and lyrically.
